Specialty Class Schedule
Monthly tuition for three specialty classes, and one tumbling class*, that match your goals during the off season.  Classes will run for two months,
April 30, 2018 - June 29, 2018. 

Trying out for high school? Just love cheer and tumbling? Want to work on strength or flexibility?
We have classes for you and ALL skill levels!

Whether you want to learn new skills or clean up current skills. 
Come as an individual, group, or an entire team.

*Sunday tumbling classes are not included*

Nighthawk Jump Class

Work strength, power, technique, and flexibility to have hyperextended jumps and incredible height.

Develop your flexibility, as a flyer, to  maximize your potential, techniques, correct positions, and tightness. Drills, skills, and more!!!

Raptor Strength & Stretch Class

Strengthen your entire body with body weight and learn stretches to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. Targets core engaging exercises. Recommended to be paired with any other class.

Stunt Like a Striker

Focusing on techniques, grips, arm placement, and more to maximize all stunt sequences and build endurance.
